1. Sponsored Promotions
Sponsored promotions increase the visibility of the business card in the service. They are settled in full days and activated according to the current token price list.
2. Coupons and special offers
The restaurant may publish coupons, discount codes and special offers provided that the terms of use, validity and possible restrictions are clear.
3. Responsibility for the content of the offer
The restaurant is responsible for the compliance of the coupon or promotion with the actual offer, law and good manners. An operator may refuse publication or exclude an offer that violates the rules, misleads or may harm users.
In the case of affiliate offers, the operator publishes only codes, coupons and links from official affiliate programs, affiliate networks or direct arrangements with the partner. We do not guarantee the validity of codes from outside these sources.
4. Implementation channel
If the offer is only available on the restaurant website, by telephone, personal reception or on-site, this condition should be indicated on the coupon or offer.
5. Changes and exclusion of promotion
An operator may temporarily suspend the issue of promotion in the event of a technical error, notification of fraud, lack of token funds or infringement of publication rules.
