2. Scope of services
In particular, the service allows you to view information about the premises, offers, promotions and contact details and to go to the site of the premises, telephone or map. The operator does not accept or implement catering orders and is not a party to the contract concluded directly between the user and the restaurant.
3. Terms of Use
The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the law, good manners and in a manner that does not violate the rights of other persons or the security of the system.
4. User accounts
If the service permits the registration of the account, the user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for maintaining the confidentiality of the login data.
5. Offers, promotions and information about premises
The information presented on the site may come from the operator, restaurant or partners. Any promotion may be subject to separate conditions, deadlines and restrictions indicated on offer.
Some offers and discount codes can be affiliate. This means that a service provider may receive a commission from a partner or a partner network if you use the marked offer or link.
6. Purchase of tokens and promotion of business cards
Restauranters can buy token packages to promote business contacts and activate advertising services available on the site.
Tokens are digital billing units assigned to the restaurant's account after confirmation of payment. They are not catering services, subscriptions or means of payment outside the service.
Token packages are a one-time purchase. The number of tokens, the gross price and the current conversion rate are presented before payment.
The standard converter is 10 tokens for 1 day of promotion, without hourly accounting. The minimum promotional period may result from the current settings of the service shown in the restaurant panel.
7. Liability
The operator shall exercise due care to ensure that the data are up to date, but shall not guarantee the continued availability of all functions or the full up-to-date content provided by third parties.
