2. Scope and objectives of processing
Personal data may be processed for the purpose of keeping user accounts, handling applications, performing service functions, communicating with the user, handling promotions, settlements, buying tokens, issuing invoices and ensuring system security.
3. Legal basis
The data shall be processed on the basis of the user's consent, the necessity to perform the contract, the fulfilment of legal obligations and the legitimate interest of the controller, depending on the nature of the relationship and the service.
4. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers of technical, hosting, analytical, mailing, payment or other entities supporting the operation of the service only to the extent necessary to achieve the objective. In the case of purchase of tokens, the data may be transferred to the payment operator of Stripe and to the invoicing system of the invoice to the extent necessary to settle transactions and issue the accounting document.
When logged in by Google we process only the data needed to create or connect the account, in particular the Google ID, email and the status of its confirmation. Google Tokens are not stored after the login has been completed. Cloudflare Turnstile may process the technical data needed to protect the forms from abuse. If you click on a marked affiliate offer, the partner or affiliate network may receive the technical data necessary to assign the transition or commission.
5. Shelf life
The data shall be kept for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing and after completion of the processing period required by law or until the limitation of claims.
6. User rights
The User has the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer, object and withdraw the consent if it was the basis for processing.
7. Complaint to the supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority for the protection of personal data if you consider that the data is processed unlawfully.
